Heidi J. Heath

Heidi was educated in the Island before studying law at Kings College, London. She qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2006.

Over the last ten years, Heidi has gained experience in many areas of private client work. Heidi has been involved in a number of landmark criminal, divorce, children and employment cases.

Heidi's practice focuses on litigation. Heidi advises on a wide range of personal law issues, providing solutions, both court-based and otherwise.

Catia Barros

Catia was educated locally and, in addition to being fluent in Portuguese, is currently studying an LLB law degree from the University of London, through the Jersey Institute of Law.

Catia hopes to qualify as a Jersey Advocate in due course.

Helen Worthy

Helen was educated in Kingston upon Hull and obtained a law degree from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.

Helen has predominantly worked in Jersey private practice over the past twenty-five years, advising on personal injury claims, family law, wills and probate.

Helen also has experience in banking law, corporate governance and compliance.
